Bill met with us directly numerous times including coming out to assess our home and provide guidance on what we needed to do t o make it show ready. He met with us and provided a Market Analysis and went over his marketing strategy. He also came back for a walk through after we had painted, made repairs and put things in storage, even calling a couple of times to see how we were progressing. When he was on vacation, his team members were also very responsive to us. From the time our home went on the market we had a contract in two weeks and closed a month later. Bill and his team did a great job!
